SKRTCH is a duo, made of Vladimir Vlaev and Christian Smith. Vladimir Vlaev is from Bulgaria and graduated from the Academy for Music, Dance and Fine Arts in Plovdiv in
Composition Masters.After relocating to The Hague, he taught composition and focused on the design of a digital system for processing of acoustic sound in real-time
and developed a hybrid acoustic-digital instrument with which he performs regularly. Christian Smith is originally from Cincinatti where he completed a masters in percussion.
He was active in many projects across the United States and since has moved to The Hague where he also tutors composition and performs.
